Event Design for the VAILO Adelaide 500

2024 was the 25th time the cars made their way around the famous street circuit.

The Adelaide Street Circuit is world renowned both for the excellent racing and the race atmosphere that takes over the city. The 3.219 km (2.000 mi) circuit has played host for the Adelaide 500 Supercars event since 1999 to 2024.

The Adelaide 500 is Australia’s largest domestic ticketed motorsport event and was on from 14-17 November 2024 as the season finale event for the Repco Supercars Championship.

I was thrilled to be approached to create artwork for the VAILO Adelaide 500 Memorabilia Hub, celebrating 25 years of this iconic South Australian event. The project involved designing a captivating timeline of landmark moments that have defined the race over the years. We curated engaging historical displays throughout the building, with one standout feature being a 40-meter wall near the track, showcasing key milestones from the past quarter-century. It was a fantastic experience to contribute to such a significant piece of South Australian history and immerse myself in the excitement of this world-renowned event.
